Biography
 
Kelly is a lifelong resident of the Upper Valley.  She joined the City in March of 2000 and has spent the majority of her career with the City in the Codes/Building Department and Planning & Development.  The primary function of her position includes the administration and organization of materials and schedules for the Planning Board, Conservation Commission, Heritage Commission, Pedestrian & Bicyclists Advisory Committee, Class VI Roads Advisory Committee, and Master Plan Steering Committee.

Throughout her tenure, Kelly has been an integral part of various functions within the Planning and Building/Codes Departments ranging from writing comprehensive reports on development review to Preparation of Court Documents for use in Land Use Appeals. Creating monthly and annual reporting of the department's activity along with the department’s budget tracking and preparation.

She works closely with the Planning and Zoning Director and Senior Planner on Development Review along with assisting the Building Department and Zoning Administrator in the Codes Department as needed.

She most recently completed the Upper Valley Leadership Academy in 2017 and is looking forward to furthering her education further in the upcoming years.
