Biography
Tim serves as Deputy Planning and Development Director, and provides staff support to the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment. Tim has a Masters in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from Temple University, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
