2023 Returning Vendor - Lebanon Farmers Market

    Submission Deadline: April 1, 2023

    Priority Deadline: March 1, 2023 (returning vendors only)

    Submitting the application and $10 application fee does not guarantee acceptance to the market. Each application will be reviewed for compliance with market rules and regulations, and applicants will be contacted for clarification or additional information as necessary.

  2. Mandatory Spring Meeting

    Each year the market hosts a mandatory spring meeting for all vendors. This is our opportunity to talk about the upcoming season, have questions answered, and to meet one another. Spring meeting takes place in late April. 

    Meeting details including time, date, and location will be sent in application acceptance notifications. 

  3. Payment of Fees

    Application and vendor fees may be paid with a credit card or with a check.  Please indicate your payment preference below.

  7. Proof of Insurance

    The Lebanon Farmers Market is covered by a limited liability insurance plan. This insurance does not cover product liability for individual vendors. Vendors are responsible for their own coverage. 

    Please provide Certificate of Insurance (COI) with the City of Lebanon listed as additionally insured upon being notified via e-mail for acceptance to the market. This COI can be e-mailed to, or mailed to Recreation, Arts, & Parks, Attn: Farmers Market 51 North Park Street Lebanon, NH 03766.

  8. Fee Schedule

    The summer market operates rain or shine on Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and the Full Season is May 18th through September 28th.

    Payment in full must be received by April 30, 2023. If you have not paid in full and have not contacted the Market Coordinator regarding payment, your space may be forfeited. Payments are non-refundable.

    In the following section:

    • Please indicate the percentage of your products that fall under each category.
    • Please include a detailed description of your products. You are permitted to sell products listed on your application.
    • Please list all products that you intend to sell.
    • Upon acceptance to the market, if there are additional products that you would like to include in your offerings, you must consult with the Market Coordinator before bringing them to the market.
    • Products must comply with producer-only guidelines.
    • The Market Coordinator has the right to veto any products deemed non-compliant with market rules and standards.
    • Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
