Acceptance: Submitting an application and the $10.00 application fee does not confirm acceptance. Accepted vendors will be sent an e-mail invitation to attend the Spring meeting.

The Lebanon Farmers Market is covered by a limited liability insurance plan. This insurance does not cover product liability for individual vendors. Vendors are responsible for their own coverage.
Please provide Certificate of Insurance (COI) with the City of Lebanon listed as additionally insured upon being notified via e-mail for acceptance to the market. This COI can be e-mailed to Recreation@LebanonNH.gov, or mailed to Recreation, Arts, & Parks, Attn: Farmers Market 51 North Park Street Lebanon, NH 03766.
The summer market operates rain or shine on Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and the Full Season is May 19th through September 29th.
Payment in full must be received by April 30, 2022. If you have not paid in full and have not contacted the Market Coordinator regarding payment, your space may be forfeited. Payments are non-refundable.
The application fee for Full Season or Partial Season is $10.00 and is to be submitted with your application.
