2. Register for Basic R.A.D. Course
   The Lebanon Police Department offers free Basic Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) classes taught by certified R.A.D. instructors from the Lebanon Police Department. Class sizes are limited to 20 participants.
   
   It is encouraged that you be able to attend all four of the Basic R.A.D. sessions for each class. Women ages 13-17 will need parental permission to participate. Please complete the following form to register for our next R.A.D. class.

11. R.A.D. Participant Form
    All participants must complete the following R.A.D. Participant Form (click here to download the form). You can either complete and upload the form now, email it to police@lebanonnh.gov or bring it with you to the first session.

15. Parental Permission*

    Participants between the ages of 13 and 17 must have parental permission to participate.
