Colburn Park - Banner Reservation

About Banner Reservations

Banners are allowed on the north, south, east, and west side of Colburn Park fence. Please view the map for location details. No more than two banners are allowed on each side of the fence at a time and may only be erected for a duration not to exceed 10 days.

Reserving Banner Space

To reserve a banner space, please review the reservation calendar below for banner space availability then submit a Banner Permit Application to the City Manager's Office. Complete reservation instructions are included in the application. Please contact the City Manager's Office at 603-448-4220 if you have questions.
