On February 18, 2017 the Lebanon Police Department continued to investigate the reported drug activity on Maple Street. Lebanon Police Patrol Division made contact with various subjects in an apartment building while conducting the drug investigation.
Further investigation revealed that: Nicole Farewell, age 20 of Canaan NH was attempting to sell drugs via Facebook. Lebanon Police Officers engaged Farewell in an online conversation in which she agreed to sell them marijuana.
Farewell met with the Officers and was taken into custody. Also in the vehicle with Farewell was: Corey Riendeau, age 20 of Hartland, VT. Riendeau was found to be in possession of marijuana.
Farewell was charged with Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Sell, a Class B Felony. Riendeau was charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug, a Class B Misdemeanor. Both were released on Personal Recognizance bail and will be arraigned on April 17, 2017 at the Lebanon District Division, New Hampshire 2nd Circuit Court.
