On February 17, 2016, the Lebanon Police Detective Division investigated possible drug activity on Maple Street in West Lebanon. The investigation led them to an apartment complex where they made contact with Thomas Vaillancourt, age 24, of White River Junction, Vermont. Vaillancourt was found to be in possession of approximately $1,000 and an amount of marijuana that was indicative of possession with intent to distribute. Vaillancourt was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute; a Class B Felony. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail.
Also arrested was Kayla Bothwell, age 26, on an outstanding bench warrant and a Class A misdemeanor charge of Possession of Marijuana. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance.
Further investigation led officers to execute a search warrant in a residence on Mack Avenue in West Lebanon where an indoor marijuana grow and a psilocybin mushroom grow were located. Anthony Hutchinson, age 28, of West Lebanon was arrested on Class B Felony charges of Cultivating Marijuana and Manufacturing of Marijuana and a Class A misdemeanor charge of Possession of Marijuana. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail.
Kevin Roach, age 28, of West Lebanon was charged with two Class B Felonies for Cultivation and Manufacturing of Marijuana and Controlled Drug Acts. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail.
Vaillancourt, Bothwell, Hutchinson and Roach are all scheduled to appear in the Lebanon District Division, New Hampshire Second Circuit Court on April 17, 2017.
