On April 10, 2019, at approximately 3:48 PM, Lebanon Police Officers Emily Winslow and K9 Officer Tyler Hewes observed a suspicious vehicle parked on Hanover Street in Lebanon, NH. After making contact with the subjects inside the vehicle, officers determined the driver, identified as Amy Guyette, age 23 of Grantham, NH, and several other parties, were involved in drug activity. Officer Hewes deployed K9 Kymba for an exterior sniff of the vehicle, where a positive alert for the presence of narcotics was indicated.
A search warrant was subsequently sought and granted for Amy Guyette’s vehicle. During the search, approximately 32 grams of cocaine and 6 grams of crack cocaine were seized. Guyette was also in possession of over $255 in cash and an electronic scale.
Guyette was charged with Possession of the Controlled Drugs, a Class B Felony, and Possession with Intent to Sell, a Class A Felony. Guyette was released on personal recognizance bail with a Grafton County Superior Court date of April 29, 2019.
