On March 12, 2018 at approximately 8:00PM Lebanon Police Officers, and members of the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Drug Task Force, were investigating drug activity in the City and located a suspicious male in the Miracle Mile Plaza located at 390 Miracle Mile. 
The male was identified as Randy Philbrook, Age 52, of Concord NH. Philbrook was found to be in possession of more than a half gram of Heroin, and a subsequent investigation indicated an intent to distribute the drugs. He was arrested and charged with Possession of the Controlled Drug Heroin with the Intent to Distribute, a Class B felony. Philbrook was later released on $5,000 Personal Recognizance bail and is due to appear for arraignment in the Grafton County Superior Court on March 26, 2018.
