We Need You! The Planning and Zoning Department is seeking additional input! As part of our ongoing efforts to implement the Master Plan, the Planning Department analyzed the City’s Zoning Map earlier this year and discovered a number of inconsistencies between it and the Master Plan Future Land Use Map (FLUM. The FLUM, adopted in 2012, is a visual representation of the Master Plan’s land use goals. The Zoning Map - which establishes the regulations applicable to individual properties - should reflect the land use vision depicted on the FLUM. Therefore, it’s the Department’s intent to suggest amendments to the Zoning Map later this year to address the inconsistencies identified.
