On July 06, 2017 at approximately 6:20AM, Lebanon Police Officers responded to a residence on Mascoma Street for a report of a burglary.
Officers met with the victim who told them that someone had broken into his residence and stolen approximately $400-$500 in cash. The victim advised officers that he suspected an acquaintance who had recently done work at his house. Based upon that information, officers conducted an investigation and interviewed the alleged suspect.
As a result of that investigation, Kevin T. Russell, age 40, of Hanover Street in Lebanon, was arrested on July 6th and charged with Burglary, a Class B Felony.
Russell refused the services of a Bail Commissioner and was arraigned in the Grafton County Superior Court where he was later released on $10,000 Personal Recognizance bail.
