Tobacco Ordinance Now in Effect

No Tobacco Products including all electronic smoking devices sign

The City of Lebanon continues to invest in the health and well-being of all its residents, and we’d like to remind you that the Tobacco Ordinance went into effect on July 1, 2017. For complete information about the new ordinance, including maps showing Designated Smoking Areas, please visit our Tobacco Ordinance information page.

Enforcement of this policy will be a community effort. If you see somebody using tobacco or e-cigarettes in a no-smoking area, please gently remind them that there are designated smoking areas for them to utilize. If that doesn’t work, then the police are happy to assist and can be reached at 603-448-1212.

Visit the Tobacco Ordinance Information Page.
