On Tuesday, December 6, 2022, the Lebanon Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence in Lebanon. The warrant was part of an investigation into the illegal drug sales in the city. During the execution of the warrant, Damien Harrington, age 25, from West Lebanon, NH and Cory Macelman, age 38, from Lebanon, NH were found hiding in an apartment. Harrington and Macelman were arrested on previous outstanding warrants. Dean Jones, age 50, from Lebanon, NH, was also arrested during the investigation.
Jones was charged with two counts of Controlled Drug Possession, a Class B Felony. He was also charged with Contempt, a Class A Misdemeanor. Harrington’s warrant was for two counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking, a Class A Felony. He was also charged with Contempt, a Class A Misdemeanor. Macelman’s warrant was for two counts of Controlled Drug Possession, a Class B Felony, and he had an outstanding Superior Court warrant.
Jones, Harrington, and Macelman were held in preventative detention and were brought to the Grafton County House of Corrections, pending Grafton County Superior Court arraignments on Wednesday, December 7, 2022.
