On May 20, 2017, around 12:41 a.m. the Lebanon Police Department received a call that a woman was intoxicated and had just driven to a residence in Lebanon with a young child in the car.
Officers responded to Renihan Meadows and located, Courtney Briley, age 34. Briley was found to be intoxicated. After a brief investigation, she was taken into custody for driving under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child.
Briley was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due to be arraigned July 10 at the Lebanon District Division, New Hampshire Second Circuit Court.
