On July 27, 2022, Lebanon Police asked for the public’s assistance in locating April Arnold, and Adam Adolph on outstanding warrants for Kidnapping and Robbery, both felony level charges.
At approximately 4:00 pm, Lebanon police received a tip that the two subjects were at a residence located on Dana Street, in West Lebanon. Officers responded to the residence and were able to confirm that Arnold and Adolph were in fact at the residence, but refused to acknowledge officers' presence and requests to turn themselves in. Lebanon Police Tactical Containment team was activated and continued attempts were made to talk with the subjects. After several hours, a female identified as Ashley Mckinney, Age 37, of South Royalton, Vermont came out of the residence and was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant.
The Lebanon Tactical Containment Team, after continued failed attempts at making contact with Adolph and Arnold the Tactical Containment team made entry into the residence and located Arnold hiding in a pile of blankets. Adolph was located hiding inside a wall located in the kitchen area. Arnold and Adolph were taken into custody without further incident.
Investigating officers located a large amount of heroin inside the wall where Adolph was hiding. Arnold was found to be in possession of approximately $12,000 cash.
Adolph and Arnold are additionally being charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug, a Class B felony.
They were held at the Grafton County House of Corrections, to await arraignment on July 28, 2022.
