On Wednesday, March 30, 2022, five individuals were arrested by the Lebanon Police Department in partnership with the NH Attorney General’s Drug Task Force and NH Probation and Parole. This operation was conducted to specifically target drugs being brought into and sold in Lebanon.
This effort was made possible in part by a grant, the Granite Shield Initiative, which was received by the Lebanon Police Department. This grant provides resources to identify, investigate, and apprehend individuals and/or organizations that are involved in narcotics-related drug use and trafficking.
The collaboration of these agencies led to the felony level arrests of the following individuals:
Katelyn Grizzaffi, Age 26, from Lebanon NH, was arrested for Controlled Drug Sale of Fentanyl.
Saeti Tobin, Age 27, from Enfield, NH was arrested on a warrant, Possession of Buprenorphine, Subsequent Offense.
Amanda Pelletier, Age 36, from Grafton, NH, was arrested on Probation/Parole Warrant.
Susan Davis, Age 40, from Lebanon NH, was arrested on Controlled Drug, Crack Cocaine.
Erwin Feeney, Age 40, from Lebanon, NH, was arrested for Sex Offender and Failure to Comply.
Additionally, two individuals were arrested on misdemeanor driving and drug charges. In addition to the arrests, investigations continue into further drug sales and trafficking within the City and Upper Valley region.
560 individual doses of Fentanyl and methamphetamine were seized.
