A Booster Blitz will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2022, from 10:00am to 4:00pm at the former JCPenney Location at 250 Plainfield Road, (Route 12A) West Lebanon. 

Registration is required and appointments can be obtained through vaccines.nh.gov or by calling 211. Registrations will be open beginning January 3, 2022.

Walk-in Clinics will also be held at the JCPenney Location from 11:00am to 6:00pm on January 6^th, 11^th, 13^th, 18^th, 20^th, 25^th, and 28^th.
