Come celebrate winter and the holiday season in Downtown Lebanon on Saturday, December 4, 2021 from 2pm to 5pm with horse-drawn carriage rides, musical entertainment, crafts, refreshments, the grand opening of art in the tunnel, a tree lighting ceremony, and visits with your favorite Frozen characters.
