City Launches New Community Health Hub

Community Health Newsflash

The City of Lebanon is focused on the health and safety of our community. With residents in mind, we have created a webpage on ( to provide a one-stop look at our initiatives to boost community health resources.

As part of a Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) Agreement with Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, the City now employs two community nurses, as well as a community paramedic.

In addition to these services, the Lebanon Police Department has partnered with West Central Behavioral Health to provide a Mobile Crisis Unit which provides greater assistance to those suffering from mental health issues and/or other social service-related issues.

NH 2-1-1 provides the most up-to-date resources for those needing assistance with a vast number of social service issues to include the need for food, healthcare, housing, and employment.

The Lebanon Human Services Department provides direct financial assistance to income-eligible residents to help secure their basic needs (shelter, food, electricity, etc.) The department is also a great resource to connect residents with other local, state, and federal assistance agencies.
