On May 3, 2017, the Lebanon City Council passed Ordinance #2017-02, to amend the Code of the City of Lebanon to include Chapter 160, Tobacco Products and Equipment. This Chapter of the Code remains in effect and smoking in the downtown Lebanon area (within Colburn Park and the Pedestrian Mall), in and around city-owned buildings, and within our recreational parks and facilities is prohibited. Violations of the Code include fines ranging from $25 to $100. We ask that you please abide by the regulations and smoke in designated areas only. Thank you for your cooperation.
