On August 6, 2021, the Lebanon Police Department, in cooperation with the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Drug Task Force, conducted a drug investigation into the trafficking of illegal drugs into Lebanon.
As a result of the investigation, Mina Fleming, age 26, of Fairlee, VT was arrested for Possession and Sale of the Controlled Drug Heroin, both Class B Felonies. During the arrest, officers also discovered methamphetamine and cocaine in Fleming’s purse.
Fleming has numerous recent arrests in Massachusetts for heroin possession where she was arrested on May 12, June 1, July 8, and July 25 of 2021. All of these charges are still pending in Massachusetts. On July 23, 2021, Fleming was arrested in Lebanon for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Heroin, and Possession of Adderall. As part of a July 30 incident, a search warrant was later executed on the vehicle Fleming was driving and an additional 330 bags of heroin was located.
Fleming was held on preventative detention and brought to the Grafton County House of Corrections. Fleming will be arraigned on August 9, 2021 in the Grafton County Superior Court on six Class B Felony level drug charges, as well as contempt of court.
