[ARCHIVED] Lebanon Mask Ordinance Amended but Remains in Effect

Masks Still Required sign

The Lebanon Mask Ordinance, Emergency Ordinance 2020-11, remains in effect until rescinded by action of the Lebanon City Council.

On Wednesday, June 2, 2021, the City Council acted to amend Provision #2 of Emergency Ordinance 2020-11, Face Masks. The amendment as adopted provides flexibility to businesses to permit their employees and volunteers to work without a face covering in certain circumstances provided all parties have been fully vaccinated. Face coverings are still required in all instances where employees or volunteers have not been fully vaccinated or whose vaccination status is unknown, or who are interacting in person with members of the public.

The City Council will be discussing the mask ordinance again at their Wednesday, June 16, 2021 meeting. If you would like to attend the June 16 meeting, please visit LebanonNH.gov/LIVE for meeting details. If you are unable to attend but would like to contact the City Council, please use our Boards and Committees Contact Form.

Thank you for your continued cooperation.
