On Tuesday, January 19, 2021 to honor those who lost their lives to COVID-19, the Lebanon Congregational Church rang its church bell at 5:30pm while the Lebanon Fire Department displayed the U.S. flag in front of City Hall. The vigil was in response to a nationwide invitation for communities to join together in unity to honor the more than 400,000 Americans who have lost their lives to the coronavirus.
The City of Lebanon joins hands with those who are mourning the loss of loved ones and who have been adversely affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic. We acknowledge these difficult times and call upon all community members to continue being vigilant by practicing recommended CDC guidelines such as social distancing, mask wearing, and hand washing. Thank you to all our first responders, essential workers, and community members who have persevered and continue to serve during this challenging time. We are in this together and look forward to a bright and vibrant future ahead.
As a reminder, we recently updated our COVID-19 Information page to include a Vaccination Information section. More information will be posted as it becomes available at LebanonNH.gov/COVID19.
