The Lebanon Police Department has received multiple reports from citizens about a new scam circulating. The Lebanon Police Department’s phone number is being used by the scam callers, who claim to be someone from the Lebanon Police Department calling about stolen identity. The scam callers are asking for personal information to verify identity.

This is a scam. We are reminding people to never give out personal or financial information over the phone.
