The City of Lebanon is excited to announce the upcoming launch of CivicClerk, a new software solution that will help us streamline our internal agenda creation and meeting management processes while providing a modern, convenient interface for the public.
The new CivicClerk software will provide a full set of robust features such as agenda collaboration and distribution; meeting minutes management; personal and secure portals for board members and citizens; remote meeting access; integrated electronic voting; live streaming; on-demand videos that are indexed; and more.
The launch of this new software will take place in phases. The first phase will begin on Monday, September 28, 2020, with a newly designed and enhanced agenda center. All posted agendas, minutes, and recordings will remain accessible during the transition but you will notice a new look.
Other features, such as live streaming and on-demand video, will continue to roll out after the City returns to the newly renovated City Hall building in November. We are looking forward to the launch and will provide more information in the coming weeks about future enhancements as well as usability tips.
The new agenda center will be located at LebanonNH.gov/Agendas.
