[ARCHIVED] City Adopts 25 MPH Prima Facie Speed Limit

At the end of August 2020, the Lebanon City Council approved Ordinance #2020-04 to amend City Code Chapter 168, Vehicles and Traffic, which lowered the prima facie speed limit in the City to 25 MPH.

Therefore, all current non-posted roadways are now 25 MPH limits. Because of this, new signs like the one pictured below have been installed at some of the ingress points to the City.
