NH-DHHS is looking for post-treatment cancer survivors willing to be interviewed for a Survivorship Services Study.
The Comprehensive Cancer Control Program at the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health Services, is conducting a study in order to understand how to better support adult cancer survivors in New Hampshire. These interviews will take about 45 minutes and will take place by phone during the months of August and September.
Participants will receive a $25 Amazon gift card in gratitude for their time.
Participation in these interviews is voluntary and interviews are confidential. The results of the interviews will be summarized and shared with the Comprehensive Cancer Control Program; no individuals will be identified.
To be eligible, interviewees must be adults, reside in New Hampshire, and have completed cancer treatment within the past five years.
