On March 22, 2017 at approximately 7:35PM, Lebanon Police checked on a suspicious vehicle in the Miracle Mile Plaza. Contact was made with the female driver and after subsequent investigation, Patricia McCarthy, age 52, of Windsor, Vermont was arrested for Possession of the Controlled Drug Methamphetamine and Buprenorphine, both Class B Felonies. During the booking process, it was determined that McCarthy was currently out on bail in Vermont for Possession of Cocaine after being arrested on March 17, 2017.
McCarthy was held on $2,000 cash bail and will be arraigned at the Lebanon District Division, New Hampshire Second Circuit Court today.
