July 4th Holiday Hours & Fireworks

July 4th Holiday Hours

In observance of Independence Day, please note the following holiday hours: 

  • City Hall and all other administrative offices will be closed on Friday, July 3rd;
  • Lebanon Libraries will be closed on Friday, July 3rd and Saturday, July 4th; 
  • Lebanon Solid Waste Facility will be open on Friday, July 3rd and closed on Saturday, July 4th. 

Please also note that the City has cancelled its July 4th events this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please visit our COVID-19 Response page for updates including the status of City departments. 

The Lebanon Fire Department reminds everyone that ALL retail fireworks other than sparklers are prohibited in the City of Lebanon. 

While City offices are closed, feel free to visit our AskLebNH service to find answers to frequently asked questions or to submit a concern or request of your own. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911.  Please have a safe and enjoyable holiday!
