The City Clerk’s Office is committed to providing the best customer service possible during these challenging times. To ensure the utmost accuracy and timeliness of our transactions, we have had to make a difficult decision regarding phone calls.
Due to the high volume and complexity of processing new vehicle registrations while being closed to the public, the City Clerk’s Office will not be answering phone calls on Wednesdays from 8:00 AM until Noon and on Fridays from Noon to 4:30 PM. This will allow our staff the ability to focus on processing your transactions. This is in effect as of May 15, 2020.
Although you can leave a message, it is recommended that you call back another time or email your inquiry to cityclerk@lebanonnh.gov. You can also consult our website for further information. We are working to update our information on our site to provide as much detail as possible for submitting transactions. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope to return to our regular ability of answering the phones during all business hours as soon as possible.
