The City Clerk’s Office is committed to providing the best customer service possible during these challenging times. To ensure the utmost accuracy and timeliness of our transactions, we have had to make a difficult decision regarding phone calls.
Due to the high volume and complexity of processing new vehicle registrations while being closed to the public, the City Clerk’s Office will not be answering phone calls on Wednesdays from 8:00 AM until Noon and on Fridays from Noon to 4:30 PM. This will allow our staff the ability to focus on processing your transactions. This is in effect as of May 15, 2020.

We are working to update our information on our site to provide as much detail as possible for submitting transactions.
