Refill Not Landfill Event Postponed

On March 21, 2020, Governor Sununu issued Emergency Declaration 10 that instructs all grocery stores within the State of New Hampshire to transition to exclusive use of store provide single use plastic or paper bags when bagging groceries or other products for customers.  

In an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to support the Governor’s Emergency Declaration 10, the City of Lebanon is postponing its Refill NOT Landfill campaign for the month of April. The future date of this campaign is not known, but will be announced once it is scheduled.
