Please join us as the City and Revision Energy celebrate Lebanon’s first municipal solar project! A “ribbon cutting” style ceremony will be held on Monday, March 2, 2020, at the Kilton Library, 80 Main Street, West Lebanon, beginning at noon, to officially recognize the seven municipally-owned facilities where solar installations are active and generating electricity. Light refreshments will be served.
Planned events and speakers will be as follows:

- 12:22 - ReVision Director of Market Development Dan Weeks remarks; introduction of public online SolarEdge solar monitor and performance tracking
- 12:25 - LEAC Solar Committee Chair Greg Ames: solar in the context of LEAC’s work toward the broader energy transition

- 12:45 - Ribbon cutting photograph outside - all are welcome
- 12:55 - Refreshments, networking, brief tours of array and inverters. Please note that this is a waste-free event. People are encouraged to bring their own cup or mug.

These arrays will produce roughly 23% of the City’s total electricity usage. More solar and other renewable energy projects are under development. We hope soon to be able to sell excess solar electricity production to local residents and businesses through our municipal aggregation program – Lebanon Community Power.
