On February 20, 2020, at approximately 9:22 AM, the Lebanon Police Department received a report of criminal threatening occurring at a residence on Bomhower Street Extension.
Upon Lebanon Police Officers’ arrival at the residence, Officers learned that a repossession company was attempting to take possession of a vehicle belonging to Ronald Boardman, age 72, of Lebanon, NH.
During their investigation, Officers learned the Boardman had threatened to shoot the repossession agent, and when the repossession agent had hooked the tow truck onto Boardman’s vehicle, Boardman attempted to drive the vehicle forward and reverse, putting the repossession agent in danger.
Boardman was taken into custody and charged with Reckless Conduct, a Class B Felony, and Criminal Threatening, a Class A Misdemeanor. Boardman was released on personal recognizance bail with a Grafton County Superior Court date of March 9, 2020.
