On February 11, 2020, the Lebanon Police Department received a tip regarding drug activity occurring at the Dartmouth Coach bus station. The information was that an individual arriving on a bus was to meet with two other subjects for a drug delivery.
At approximately 8:02 PM, Lebanon Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop on the matching vehicle and parties as they exited the Dartmouth Coach station. One of the vehicle occupants was found to have Heroin and $651 cash on his person. During a search of the vehicle, Officers located two plastic wrapped bags containing suspected Crack Cocaine.
Aaron Lambert, age 41, of Johnson, VT, was charged with Driving After Suspension, a Violation level offense, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, an Ordinance Violation. Lambert was released on a summons to appear in the 2nd Circuit Court, Lebanon District Division on April 20, 2020.
Kareem Anderson, age 33, of Brooklyn, NY, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute, a Class A Felony. Cherie Salls, age 42, of Johnson, VT, was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Sale of a Controlled Drug, a Class B Felony. Anderson and Salls were released on personal recognizance bail with a Grafton County Superior Court date of February 24, 2020.
