City Hall Offices Open at New Location

City Hall offices now open at new location

Please be aware that, as part of the City Hall renovation project, ALL City Hall Offices have been relocated to 20 West Park Street in Lebanon (formerly Citizens Bank) and are now open regular hours.

City Hall Offices include the following departments: City Manager, City Clerk, Planning & Development, Assessing, Finance, and Human Resources.

All offices are located on the first level except for Planning & Development which is located on the 2nd floor, Suite 219. City meeting rooms are located on the 3rd floor of the building. Council Chambers is located in room #386 and the Conference Room is located in room #385.

Please note that the Recreation and Parks office is still located inside River Valley College.

Hours of Operation

Office hours at the new location are still Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. All City offices will remain at 20 West Park Street until renovations are complete, which is anticipated to be sometime in October 2020.

Attending a Meeting?

Please note that doors to the main lobby and office areas (West Park Street entrance) are not accessible for evening meetings. Meeting rooms can be accessed via the Pedestrian Mall (Access “A") or the Hanover Street Lower Level Parking Lot (Access “B”). Once in the building, please take stairs or elevator to the 3rd floor. Signs will be in place to direct you to the correct meeting location. Please view our map to better understand where each entry is located.

Lebanon Opera House

Programming at the Lebanon Opera House will continue as normal throughout the renovation. City Hall will be open to the public for all events at LOH, however, the organization’s administrative and box office will be relocated to 20 West Park Street. More information about day-of-ticket purchases and pick-up procedures will be made available by the Opera House in the coming weeks LebanonOperaHouse.org.

Future Updates

Informational updates about the relocation will continue to be announced in LebNews and will be posted to LebanonNH.gov. In the meantime, if you have questions, please contact the City Manager’s Office at 603-448-4220.
