With funding approval finalized, all City Hall Offices (City Manager, City Clerk, Planning & Development, Assessing, Finance, and Human Resources) will be relocated to 20 West Park Street, Lebanon (formerly Citizens Bank).

To facilitate the move, City Hall offices will be CLOSED ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 9, AND FRIDAY, JANUARY 10, 2020; and will REOPEN ON MONDAY, JANUARY 13. Should a weather event be forecasted to occur on those dates, the relocation will occur on Tuesday, January 7 and Wednesday, January 8, 2020 with city offices reopening on Thursday, January 9.

**NEW** Please be aware that the Planning and Development Office will also be CLOSED on Wednesday, January 8 - Friday, January 10, 2020 and will reopen on Monday, January 13 in the new location.

Offices will remain at 20 West Park Street for the duration of the renovation, which is anticipated to be completed by October 2020. Office hours will remain as they are now, Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.

What about government meetings? All government meetings currently held at City Hall will be held in meetings rooms at 20 West Park Street, unless noticed for a different location.

What will happen to the Opera House? Programming at the Lebanon Opera House will continue as normal throughout the renovation. City Hall will be open to the public for all events at LOH, however, the organization’s administrative and box office will be relocated to 20 West Park Street. More information about day-of-ticket purchases and pick-up procedures will be made available by the Opera House in the coming weeks LebanonOperaHouse.org
