The City of Lebanon is excited to announce that you can now electronically apply for - and track - the status of residential and commercial building permits using our new online portal powered by “City Squared”. Applications submitted through the new portal will be automatically uploaded to the City’s internal permit tracking software helping to save staff time and minimize data entry errors.
Access the new portal at LebanonNH.gov/PermitPortal.
The following tutorials will help guide you through the system.
Please be aware that payments for building permits will still need to be made in person at the Planning & Development office. The City intends to enable online payment options in the near future.
The City also anticipates making it possible to apply for other types of City permits, including those issued by the Department of Public Works. Stay tuned for further updates about our new City Squared portal.
