On March 6, 2017, Lebanon Officers were dispatched to a theft at Price Chopper. Price Chopper’s Loss Prevention Officer reported a male had walked out of the store with a cart of items that he had not paid for. When Loss Prevention confronted him, he took off on foot.
Officers searched the area and located the male. While speaking with him, he attempted to flee again. He was taken into custody and identified as Jatinder Singh, age 38, of Lebanon, New Hampshire. Singh was charged with Class A Misdemeanor counts of Theft and Resisting Arrest.
Singh was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due to appear in the Lebanon District Division, New Hampshire Second Circuit Court on May 1, 2017.
