On October 6, 2019, the Lebanon Police Department received information about drug activity occurring at a residence on Johnson Avenue in West Lebanon, NH. An investigation was started and as a result, a search warrant was executed at the residence on October 7, 2019.
During the search warrant, Officers located approximately 88 grams of methamphetamine, approximately 34 grams of heroin, and a loaded firearm. The methamphetamine has a street value of approximately $8,800.00 and the heroin has a value of approximately $3,400.00. Colleen Mitchell, age 23, of West Lebanon, and Adam Beck, age 24, of Webster, NH were arrested.
Both Mitchell and Beck were charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug with the Intent to Distribute, and Possession of a Controlled Drug, both Felony level offenses. Both were released on personal recognizance with a Grafton County Superior court date of October 21, 2019.
