The Supervisors of the Wards 1, 2 and 3 voter checklists will be in session in the Office of the City Clerk located at 20 West Park Street, Suite 100, Lebanon, for the purpose of additions and corrections to the voter checklist.

The Supervisors of the Wards 1, 2 and 3 voter checklists will be in session in the Office of the City Clerk, 20 West Park Street, Suite 100, Lebanon, for the purpose of additions and corrections to the voter checklist at the following dates and times: 

  • Saturday, January 25, 2020 from 9:00 am to 9:30 am. (This is the last opportunity to register to vote in order to participate in the Annual School Meeting on February 1, 2020.)
  • Monday, January 27, 2020 from 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm. 
  • Saturday, February 1, 2020 from 9:00 am to  9:30 am. (This is the last opportunity to register to vote prior to the February 11, 2020 Presidential Primary. Please note, same day voter registration will still be available at your polling location on election day.) 

The City Clerk's Office will also be open for extended hours for the purpose of voter registration and absentee balloting:

  • Saturday, January 25, 2020 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm 
  • Saturday, February 1, 2020 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

No other services will be available during those extended hours. Please note: We will be located in our new temporary location of 20 West Park Street, Suite 100, Lebanon for most of 2020.
