Review and Comment on Zoning Board Special Exception application.  Applicant proposes to replace an existing 9’x12’ slab and sunroom with a 16’x16’ slab and sunroom.  Applicant request a Special Exception pursuant to Article IV, Section 401.5 (“Wetlands Conservation District”) of the Zoning Ordinance to allow permanent wetland impacts of +/-95 sq. ft.. #CC2020-05 (10 minute presentation, 10 minute discussion)
