What is the scope of this project?
The project includes approximately 800 feet of sidewalk extension as well as any required crossings, signage, striping, driveway configuration, grading, landscape design, drainage design and any other required design elements needed to construct the proposed sidewalk. The proposed sidewalk is located between Slayton Hill Road and 195 Mechanic Street.
How long is this going to take?
An engineering study will be completed by July 2023. The preliminary design will be completed by October 2023. The final Design will be completed by December 2023. Bidding will be completed by February 2024. Construction will take place from May through August 2024.
