Project Overview 

What is the scope of this project? 

The project consists of street construction, drainage infrastructure reconstruction, sewer and water pipe installation, and bike/pedestrian accommodations consisting of a 5-foot-wide bike/ped lane. The project extends from the end of Airpark Road, extending 1,600 feet to the south.  The property is intended to be developed for light-industrial/commercial use.  

How long is this going to take? 

The project began in the Summer of 2021 and will continue through Spring of 2022 with a winter shutdown.

Streets involved/impacted include:

  • Airport Road
  • Airpark Road
  • Commerce Avenue
