Join the CCBA Fitness Instructors for a series of six virtual fitness classes. Designed with the beginner in mind, all of these activities will be able to be completed at home using your body weight. Receive e-mails weekly to check-in on your participation.

Dates & Time: Wednesdays, February 24 through March 31 from 5:15 pm to 6:00 pm
Location: Log-in to your virtual class and participate from home
Must meet the minimum of 10 participants to run the program.
