Learn some new exercises to do at home and stay in shape before Couch to 5k starts again in the Spring! Circuit training-based strength exercises for all fitness levels. Will use bodyweight for all exercises - no equipment needed. Coach: Keri Niles

Lebanon’s Couch to 5K, with the Upper Valley Running Club, provides coaching, a training schedule, group training days, an Upper Valley Running Club annual membership, and your race entry all for one low price of $40 for new participants and $25 for alumni.
